Cool Solutions (UK) Limited was formed in 1999 using over 40 years of experience in the transport industry gained by the directors. Initial operations began in Hull with an office in Felixstowe being added in 2001. This enabled the company to serve the whole of the UK through these ports.
2002 saw the introduction of an office in Gateshead specializing in groupage and express service, a valuable addition to the company’s profile.
Towards the end of 2002 a new company was formed in Zeebrugge, Belgium strengthening European links. Services are now offered throughout the whole of the UK and Europe.
Temperature Controlled
From collection through to delivery a range of temperatures between -25°C and +25°C are available. State of the art equipment enables provision of journey temperature information giving customers peace of mind.
Express Service
From the smallest parcel to the largest of consignments, Cool Solutions can take the strain and arrange door to door collections and deliveries under tight timescales on time, every time.
Satellite Tracking System
The introduction of a satellite tracking system allows the identification of consignments anywhere in Europe at any given time. Journey times are reduced as drivers are able to pinpoint precisely exact addresses with ease.
Fleet
Investment in 225 modern 13.6m refrigerated and curtainsided trailers ensures the company maintains its high profile. Its truck range of 40 vehicles includes 44T operations giving you optimum utilization.
Safety
All drivers attend both in-house and external training and development courses in addition to hazardous goods training. The company is committed to provide a safe working environment for its employees and welcomes new initiatives on this subject.
